Warbler Creative has worked with Community High School District 155 since 2017, starting with their 2016-2017 annual report which earned an award of merit from the state’s school public relations association (INSPRA).

After designing the report, Warbler Creative was tasked with rebranding D155 to help modernize their look. We agreed that a dominant red color from the old brand should be kept, but to darken it for easier reading. D155 also wanted a version of the logo with new taglines incorporated. The icon in the new logo reflects promise and new horizons, while incorporating the school color of all 5 high schools in D155 in order of their opening year. We paired the colorful logo with D155’s red and light grays to create a brand where all school colors can work cohesively while falling under the D155 umbrella.

Warbler Creative applied this new branding to fresh business cards, letterheads, banners, and more. After the rebrand, D155’s annual reports created by Warbler Creative received national recognition for district communication efforts from the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) multiple years. D155 was one of only two districts in Illinois to receive an award of excellence in the annual report category, and after the rebrand was the first time the district received the highest distinction nationally.

Caitlin has designed nationally recognized annual reports for our school district, and she makes the design process easy and enjoyable. We have worked together for the past six years, and each year the annual report gets better and better! We have also utilized Caitlin's design skills for a rebranding project for the district and several other design projects.
